Weight Loss Can Be Easy and Safe
We all want to lose weight, but some do not know the right way to losing weight and eating healthy. Most try the celebrity’s fad diets such as the Master Cleanse diet but end up gaining their weight back. Some people go to the extreme of regurgitating (bulimia). The best way to lose weight is eating healthy and exercise.

Snack Healthy
Healthy snacks can consist of apples, carrots, and yogurts. Leave the potato chips alone.

Drink WaterDrink plenty of water. (At least 8 glasses of water a day.) That means neither juices nor sodas! Sorry! Even diet sodas are considered bad for
you. |
Small Portions
What I have done before is I bought a toddler size plate, with the sections and measure my food like that. That way, you won’t feel stuff nor guilty because you ate all of your food.

SportsTake up a sport at school such as basketball, volleyball, tennis or
etc. There are so many sports that you can try out for at school. Run track or play soccer. It is a lot you can do to stay healthy and physically active. |
Get Some SleepAlong with eating healthy and exercising, you must take care of yourself and that includes getting enough rest. |
Limited SweetsLimit sweets to once a day. Drink water instead of juices with sugar in it. Eat frozen fruit. Make a smoothie. Eat a healthy snack like vegetables or nuts. |
