Eat Whole FoodsEat Whole Foods. Processed foods are a NO NO! What is a processed food item? Anything that is in packages full of preservatives sugar, sodium, and unhealthy fats! Eat only fresh foods (vegetables, fruit and meat) and meals that you prepare yourself!

Smaller MealsEat smaller meals throughout the day every 2-3 hours. This keeps your metabolism burning at a constant rate. You will not be hungry as much and will eat a lot less calories!

Portion Control Exercise portion control. If you over eat whole or processed foods...you wont lose weight. Know the proper portion sizes for meat, vegetables and starches! Keep yourself informed!

Water! Water! Water!Drink plenty of water. Drink half your weight in water in ounces. If you weigh 100 pounds, you need to drink 50 ounces of water (100/2=50). That is 6.25 (8 ounce) glasses of water or a 1.5 liter bottle of water!

Get Up and Move Exercise regularly. Not only cardio, the but different type of exercises. Keep your target heart rate up for at least 30 minutes. Make sure you also do strength building exercises.
